A 25 year old man, from Srilanka, developed Tracheal stenosis, 3 weeks after discharge from the hospital, after an intensive care treatment with endotracheal intubation for long a period. He was on a tracheostomy when he came to us. Excision of the stenotic segment and end to end anastomsis was done. He is decannulated and leading a normal life.
