  SNEEZING

Sneezing is a protective reflex. A few sneezes a day, in fact, are good, to clear the nasal cavity and the lungs. But continuous sneezing of 10-30 in the mornings or through out the day is pathological. The common causes for sneezing are Allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, foreign bodies.
